About ICF
ICF (International Canicross & Bike-Jöring Federation )– unites athletes and promotes the growth of a dynamic sport environment focused on one-dog disciplines — collectively referred to as individual mushing.
What is individual mushing?
Individual mushing is a highly dynamic sport where runners, cyclists, kickbike riders, or skiers compete together with their canine partners. This one-human + one-dog combination places very high demands on both team members. Spectators can witness breathtaking performances where speed, teamwork, and incredible energy come together in disciplines such as canicross, bikejoring, scooterjoring, or skijoring.
Disciplines
Canicross
A discipline in which a dog pulls a runner, often literally dragging them along. This discipline is very demanding for the athlete, requiring high levels of fitness and running skill. Top teams reach average speeds of over 22 km/h on terrain, which means completing a 5 km distance in under 13 minutes.
Bikejöring
It is the most demanding discipline for the dog. The dog pulls the cyclist, and together they reach the highest speeds. They race across trails and off-road, weaving between trees, over roots, and through ruts at speeds exceeding 50 km/h. It requires not only exceptional physical fitness and speed from the dog but also perfect teamwork. Even the smallest lack of coordination can result in a serious accident.
Scooterjöring
The fairest discipline, combining the demands of the two above disciplines. Riding a kickbike is very similar to running. The athlete experiences adrenaline identical to that of a cyclist while facing physical demands comparable to those of a runner. Again, due to the similar speeds achieved, this discipline requires excellent teamwork between dog and musher.
Kids
A discipline designed for the youngest athletes and their four-legged partners. In a playful and safe format, it nurtures the bond between the child and the dog, teaching them to cooperate, understand each other, and share the joy of movement. It combines basic elements of running, riding, and dog handling into an activity tailored to the child’s age and abilities. It is often where a lifelong love for dog sports begins.

Vehicle up to 3.5 t
To use the motorway network, vehicles up to 3.5 t must have a motorway vignette. The trailer is not included in the weight and is not to be paid for.
We strongly advise you to buy the vignette from only this site as there are multiple non-official ones as well as roadeside shops that sell vignettes for a higher price.
Vehicle over 3.5 t
Vehicles over 3.5 t must pay a toll on motorways and 1st class roads. Toll system is a bit more difficult than the vignette one, but this website explains everything.
VIP Stellplatz for Competitors
We offer a VIP stellplatz for competitors, with a limited capacity of only 30 spots. This area is intended for those who prefer extra comfort and a quiet environment during the championship.
- Electric hookups are available at each parking spot.
- The surface is reinforced and stable, suitable for motorhomes and trailers.
- The flat rate for the entire stay (Wednesday to Sunday) is 150 €.
Reservation is available only through our online booking system.
Accomodation
You can stay in your cars at the stakeout or stay in Pardubice or nearby. Be careful to check if the chosen hotel/guesthouse accepts dogs in the rooms.
Nice accommodation can also be found here. Dogs are not allowed in the room, but you can keep them in the car by arrangement.
